BACKGROUND IN THE WINE INDUSTRY:
I have always been connected with the LCBO.  My stepfather worked there for 30 years, so I met many of the LCBO employees at a young age.  I was hired by my neighbour, a Bacardi rep, to help merchandise.  He was a great mentor in the alcohol industry and back then, Bacardi had wine in its portfolio.  I went on to work for a few other wineries thereafter.

MOST MEMORABLE WINE EXPERIENCE:
I went to Napa Valley in my early 20s and had my first wine and food pairing on a beautiful vineyard.

BEST DISH YOU CAN COOK
The only thing I’m good at making by myself is omelets – I’m not living up to my last name!

THREE PEOPLE YOU WOULD MOST WANT TO HAVE DINNER WITH, DEAD OR ALIVE:
Al Pacino, Elon Musk, and Jim Flaherty.

WHAT’S THE STRANGEST TALENT YOU HAVE:
I can normally make people laugh with my self-deprecating humour and my Chris Farley impressions.

I would like to build myself a cool house by the ocean on Vancouver Island, but first I’d like to become a bodybuilder lol.
